Hi, I’m Louise
I’m an experienced birth doula supporting families across London, Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire.
I’ve supported over 100 births in a range of settings - from busy London hospitals to calm home environments - and I bring a steady, reassuring presence to each journey.
My role is to help you feel informed, confident and supported, without pressure or agenda.
For some women, that means preparing for a hospital birth where they feel in control and well supported.
For others, it means exploring alternatives, including homebirth, in a way that feels gradual and grounded.
There’s no one “right” way — only what feels right for you.
